Account Management

Can I self-manage my personal details?

Yes. Each member receives access to an individual dedicated account to self-manage personal details registered with us.

App

Do you have an App?

Yes, and it is free for all members. After you log in select the App link at the bottom of each page and follow the instructions.

Membership

Do I need to pay anything to join?

No. You can join as a FREE member, but you will have limited access to content under this status.

How do I upgrade my Plan?

After you log in click on 'Plans' and select your preferred Plan.

If you are not a current member, select the PLUS or PRO plan level here Plans.

Can I see my payment details relating to my paid subscription?

Payment details can be viewed anytime by accessing the Billing Settings link in 'Your Account'.

Do you offer refunds?

No, as we have a FREE level where you can try features and access a lot of the content before upgrading your account to a paid status.

Can I cancel by subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellations of subscriptions will be handled in accordance with our Terms.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can delete your account anytime. Your Plan status needs to be at the FREE level to delete your account.

Privacy

Will my details be shared with third parties?

No. We have a policy in place that stipulates we do not share member details with third parties. Your information is secured through encrypted links and protocols in place. We only use your information to ensure you meet the minimum requirements of membership and to communicate with you.

Can I share my password or access details with someone else?

No! Sharing of passwords is strictly prohibited. Passwords are individually assigned to each member of the Portal. Your password should never be shared or stored where it is likely someone else will view it. If you think your password has been compromised, please change your password immediately.

I am experiencing problems logging in or viewing content. What should I do?

When logging in, make sure you use the login link at the Goju Ryu Portal website. The login link can be found at the top of this web page.

Can I translate content?

Yes. We have a free Translation Engine built into the Portal. Access it in the footer menu. If you would like another language added, please send us a support request.
